Main segment (under construction): Extends the road from I-35 to Seton Parkway.
I-35 (On-System): Underpass at I-35 to connect with Kohlers Crossing.
Project Updates
October 2025
Kohlers to Seton (On-System, I-35)
The on-system portion covers the roadway under IH 35 and is under TxDOT’s review process. This ensures the underpass design complies with state highway requirements. Once TxDOT provides comments on October 14, adjustments will be incorporated before moving toward final design.
Kohlers to Seton (Off-System)
The off-system work includes roads on either side of IH 35. These connections will tie into the underpass and provide smooth transitions to Seton Parkway and nearby areas. Together with the on-system portion, this project will deliver a complete east–west connection across IH 35.
